Workshop Admin Assistant Part Time


  • Based in Takanini
  • Monday to Friday 25 hours per week
  • Starting in January 2020

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist with producing weekly service schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
  • Data entry
  • Invoice administration


What you will bring:


  • Experience in office administration
  • Advanced computer skills including MS Office
  • Excellent time management skills and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle a busy environment
  • Experience, or an interest in, the transport sector
