Customer Support Representative

 

  • Based in Christchurch
  • Monday to Friday 7am to 4.30pm, plus one Sunday per month 12pm 6pm
  • On-going training and support

  

Hall's is a fast growing transport company specialising in refrigerated transport and logistics. We are well established across New Zealand, with a high profile and a focus on providing excellent customer service.

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join the team in Christchurch.

The primary purpose of the Customer Support Representative is to provide Halls customers with professional responses to their queries and product and service information. The Customer Support team work hard to resolve product or service issues by understanding and determining the cause of the problem, providing the best solution to resolve the problem. 

We are looking for the right person to fit into our close knit team. You will have experience in providing great customer service, excellent MS Office skills, the ability to work to tight deadlines with a positive attitude and stacks of energy. It would be great if you have had exposure to the transport industry but not imperative.  

You will benefit from a supportive team environment with comprehensive training and a job with variety plus!
