PALLET ADMINISTRATION Fixed Term

 

  • 6 Month fixed term role (may be extended)
  • Fast paced environment
  • Monday to Friday based in Christchurch

 

Hall's is a fast growing transport company specialising in refrigerated transport and logistics. We are well established across New Zealand, with a high profile and a focus on providing top customer service. As the Pallet Administrator you will be working in a fast paced environment where accuracy is the Number One priority. On a daily basis you will be dealing with customers (internal and external), third party contractors, and suppliers.

You will be able to demonstrate your experience in:

  • Pallet reconciliation
  • Administration
  • Customer Support
  • Data Entry
  • Document Management
  • Invoice checking
  • Investigation and other ad-hoc duties
  • reporting

To succeed in this role you will need to demonstrate:

  • Attention to detail and be able to multitask
  • High accuracy in data entry speed/accuracy
  • Good with systems
  • Can manage stress
  • Be a quick learner
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
