Administration Assistant

Hall's is a fast growing company specialising in refrigerated transport and logistics. We are well established across New Zealand, with a high profile and a focus on providing top customer service.  As the Office Administration Assistant you will be working with the team to ensure everything flows smoothly.

 

Key to the success of this role is your ability to be a flexible team player with excellent Microsoft Office skills.  Your days will be varied and interesting, providing support to the small team as required, as well as taking ownership for tasks and projects.

 

You will be able to demonstrate your skills in:

  • Customer Services - on the phone, by email and in person
  • Reception duties
  • Record keeping
  • Time management

 

To succeed in this role you will need to show you have the following attributes:

  • Attention to detail and multitasking
  • Great communicator
  • Well presented and highly organised 
  • Excellent MS Office Skills
