  • The Role:
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the Hall's Christchurch Depot has effective operational administrative support.
  •  Ensure documentation is accurate and meets compliance requirements
  •  Maintaining Transport Management Systems data
  •  Problem solving, and customer relations particularly in relation to claims and complaints is an important component.
  • This role is an extension of the Customer Support Team and leads a team of 7 dealing with customers at the local level.
  • Providing Operations Management with key information is another important factors in the role.

 

  • What you will bring:
  • Proven experience and ability to lead a team in a fast paced environment
  • At least two years experience in a transport environment
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and think on your feet
  • A true appreciation of what customer service is all about
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills
  • A strong customer focus
  • Experience managing and training staff
  • Energy and enthusiasm with a "can do attitude"
