Customer Support Team Leader

We strive towards providing top quality customer support and are looking for a Customer Support team lead that will share this same passion and drive. Reporting to the Customer Support & Claims Supervisor, you will provide exceptional management of customer relationship to enhance the customer experience.
  • Key Responsibilities:

The role of Customer Support team leader will manage the customer experience of their own allocated customers and that of their team. The key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Team problem solving guidance and governance
  • Providing guidance, training and support to the team especially with escalations
  • Building relationship with key customers to understand their customer support requirements
  • Provide exception customer support and proactively liaise with the wider business to improve customer experience
  • Achieving the prescribed SLA for customer queries for       allocated customers focusing on proactive communications to customers
  • Continuous improvement of processes, service delivery and internal collaboration
  • Building and maintaining effective communication channels and partnerships with the key internal staff ( Operational staff and BDMs)
  • Other tasks as required.

What you will bring:

To be considered for this role, we are looking for an experienced customer services individual with good leadership capability who enjoys solving problems while mentoring a team. You will be continuous improvement focussed, with good communications skills, both written and verbal.
