We are a well-established Private Company with branches across New Zealand.  We strive towards providing top quality customer support and are looking for a Customer Support Representative that will share this same passion and drive. Reporting to the Customer Support & Claims Supervisor, you will provide exceptional customer support to enhance our customer's experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

The role of Customer Support representative is to manage the relationships and customer experience of our customers to a high standard.  The key responsibilities of this role are: 

  • Deal directly with allocated key account customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face
  • Building relationships with key customers to access their customer support requirements
  • Provide exception customer support and proactively liaise with the wider business to improve customer experience
  • Log all queries received in the company's CRM Customer Services register ensuring customer query details are captured and resolved within the set service level agreements, to maintain the teams KPIs
  • Proactively update customers with missed or late delivery notifications
  • Liaise with the sales team to resolve customer related issues

 

What you will bring:

To be considered for this role, you will need great interpersonal skills and enjoy solving problems. You will be continuous improvement focussed, curious and hungry to learn, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
